Sam Andra

Director of Estimating

Sam Andra joined EDA Contractors in 2024 as Director of Estimating. In this role, he oversees estimating across all scopes, ensuring accurate and strategic preconstruction planning.

Prior to joining EDA, Sam served as President of Glazing Concepts LLC, a Philadelphia-based firm specializing in architectural glass and metal. He brings more than 22 years of industry experience in preconstruction, estimating, and project management.

Sam is a graduate of Susquehanna University.
