Adam Morse joined EDA as chief operating officer in 2023 and oversees the entire lifecycle of projects from estimating to operations.
Prior to joining EDA, Adam served in the U.S. Army for nearly eight years and was deployed in both Iraq and Afghanistan. After leaving the service, he spent more than ten years working for PPL-EU in numerous leadership roles within the company’s project management and operations departments.
Adam graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Adam Wummer
Adam Wummer joined EDA in 2021 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career in concrete labor and finishing before transitioning into architectural drafting and design during his college years. He later served as an assistant project manager for a general contractor before advancing to a project manager role at a large masonry company in the Philadelphia region, where he spent nearly a decade.
Adam earned a bachelor of architecture from Temple University.

Ady Tibrewal joined EDA in 2023 and finds his work in project management incredibly rewarding as he collaborates with design professionals to solve problems and bring their visions to life. Prior to joining EDA, Ady worked in the civil and architectural sectors, contributing to projects involving highways, public parks, trails, and commercial and residential buildings. He later transitioned to the implementation side of the industry, where he gained experience managing both small- and large-scale construction projects.
Ady earned dual degrees in civil engineering and architectural engineering from Drexel University, along with a minor in construction management. Outside of work, he enjoys participating in recreational sports such as rock climbing, squash, and running. He also pursues his passion for art as a freelance artist, creating pieces in charcoal, acrylic, oil, and more for various clients.

Akul Modi joined BBCI, an EDA company, in 2021 as an estimator and assistant project manager. In 2024, he was promoted to vice president of estimating & business development at EDA. In this role, he implements strategies to improve efficiency, builds and maintains strong professional relationships, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across projects.
Akul brings more than 16 years of experience in construction and architecture. He was a member of the architectural team for India’s largest museum project, the Bihar Museum. He is passionate about innovative design, historic restoration, and the construction industry as a whole.
Akul earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Institute of Environmental Design in India and holds a master’s degree in construction management from Thomas Jefferson University.

Alex Gervasio joined EDA in 2022 as assistant project manager for BBCI. In 2025, he was promoted to project manager.
Alex earned an associate's degree in business administration from Bucks County Community College.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Alex enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors. During the winter months, he is a snowboard instructor in the Pocono Mountains.

Amanda Miekley joined EDA in July 2022 as an assistant project manager. With more than 10 years of experience as a dedicated project coordinator across various industries, Amanda found her passion in commercial construction. At EDA, she assists the project manager throughout all project phases, from pre-construction to closeout, reveling in the process of seeing projects come to life.
A graduate of Montgomery County Community College, Amanda has effectively utilized her education and extensive professional background to excel in her current role.
Outside of work, Amanda cherishes spending time with her family, especially cheering on her kids during their sports activities. During times without sports commitments, she enjoys relaxing at the shore or exploring the mountains.

Andrea Shin Soler
Andrea is a first-generation Korean American with a strong background in business, entrepreneurship, and accounting. She studied international business and business administration at Rider University. At just 24 years old, Andrea became a franchisee of a 7-Eleven, which she successfully owned and operated for more than ten years, gaining hands-on experience in financial management and operations.
After transitioning into corporate accounting, Andrea joined GAC North America as a temporary accounts payable hire—a role that quickly evolved into a full-time position, which she held until the company’s recent relocation out of state. In 2026, she joined EDA and is excited to contribute her experience while continuing to grow with the team.
Andrea has been married to her husband for more than eleven years and is a proud mom to an incredible stepson. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her many nieces and nephews. A passionate New York sports fan, Andrea can often be found cheering on the Giants, Knicks, Yankees, and Rangers.

Angela Fiocca joined EDA in 2023 as vice president of people & culture. Her expertise includes benefits, compensation, workforce planning, talent acquisition, training and development, and employee engagement.
Angela brings more than 20 years of experience in various industries including healthcare services, correctional food and facilities services. Most recently, she served as assistant vice president of human resources at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Angela received her master’s degree in human resources from Holy Family University.

Ashok Velampalli
Ashok Velampalli joined EDA in 2023 and serves as a project manager. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he earned a master’s degree in construction management. After graduating, he began his career as a project engineer and worked his way up to project manager.
He brings more than six years of experience in the construction industry.

Ashwin Balwaik
Ashwin Balwaik joined EDA in 2025 as a project manager, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in the construction industry. He began his career in 2015 after earning a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and later pursued a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Before joining EDA, Ashwin served as a project manager at a general contracting firm, where he successfully led various projects with a strong emphasis on quality control, scheduling, and cross-functional team coordination for public and commercial projects.
Ashwin is a driven project manager committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. He focuses on enhancing project performance through structured planning, organized execution, and proactive problem-solving. His dedication to raising standards—paired with adaptability—makes him a dependable and forward-thinking contributor to both field operations and project teams.
Outside his professional endeavors, Ashwin enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, swimming, attending concerts, and exploring new places. His curiosity and enthusiasm for new experiences reflect the same drive and energy he brings to his work at EDA.
