Kelli Kotzen
Invaluable Manager of Contracts, Compliance, and Insurance
Kelli Kotzen joined EDA in 2019 and is the Manager of Contracts, Compliance, and Insurance. Kelli is a seasoned legal professional with over 10 years of experience in corporate law. She has successfully streamlined contract management processes and policies. Her core competencies include Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, IT Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Recruiting Agreements, Vendor and Procurement Agreements, and Indemnification Letters.
Outside of professional pursuits, Kelli is family-oriented and cherishes every moment spent with them. She is a hockey mom and spends a lot of time at the hockey rink, often traveling out of the state. Kelli also loves spending time at the beach and is a cooking enthusiast.
