Jacqueline Chapman
Vibrant Front Desk Receptionist
Jacqueline Chapman joined EDA in 2023 as the Front Desk Receptionist. Jacqueline's previous experience includes a 15-year tenure as an Office Manager/Receptionist at a Mental Health Agency. Jaqueline was also a nonprofit minority business owner of a faith-based organization that enabled many people to experience quality events that they otherwise would not have been able to afford. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the team was disbanded. After the nonprofit work ended, she decided to focus on the administrative mental health work she was doing, driven by her love for learning about different cultures, adventures, and understanding what motivates people.
Jacqueline received an Associate Degree in Behavior Psychology from Bucks County Community College. The educational training enhanced Jaqueline's communication skills and equipped her with an understanding of human nature, helping her become a better person.
Outside of work, Jacqueline is a Christian, a mother of four wonderful children, and a grandmother to six very talented grandchildren. She strives to leave a positive impression on everyone she meets, although she recognizes that it's not always possible. Jacqueline lives by the principles of laughter, love, sharing, and generosity, guided by the belief that God loves a cheerful giver. Jacqueline values patience and understanding in her interactions, recognizing that kindness and a smile can make a difference in anyone's day.
