Ethan Nolan joined EDA Contractors in 2025 as a human resources generalist, bringing a background in corporate recruiting and a strong foundation in organizational psychology. In this role, Ethan is the first point of contact for all things related to HR, benefits, wellness activities and more.

Before joining EDA, Ethan worked in corporate recruiting, partnering with teams to build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and applicants. His approach is rooted in understanding people, clear communication and aligning individual potential with organizational needs.
