Dedicated Vice President of Shared Services

Dustin Miller joined EDA Contractors in 2024 as Vice President of Shared Services. In this position, Miller oversees all aspects of EDA’s central shop operations, fabrication engineering, construction material and equipment logistics, facilities management, safety, operational excellence, and the service organization.

Previously, Miller spent nearly 20 years at PPL Electric Utilities, holding roles in field operations, engineering, safety, scheduling, and logistics.
