Caterina Ditri is currently attending Arcadia University, where she is majoring in business administration with a concentration in management and a minor in Italian. She has taken on several key leadership roles on campus, serving as both a resident assistant and peer mentor. In these positions, she supports and guides undergraduate students in residential life and academic settings.
Caterina has a passion for helping others and is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment across campus and in the workplace. Her leadership roles have equipped her with strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills—qualities she brings to a professional setting. As a human resources intern, Caterina is excited to apply her academic background and leadership experience to important human resources functions at EDA.
