What is the biggest challenge you've faced in work? How did you overcome it?

What has been the best part about your experience working with EDA?
My favorite part about working at EDA is the relationships and friendships you can build. Everyone here at EDA is so nice and friendly. Luckily, being a driver and visiting all different job sites, I can meet new people daily.
What is your favorite EDA value, and why?
My favorite EDA value is Strive to Improve. Every day is an opportunity to get 1% better every day with just the smallest of changes that will lead to big results.
