What did you do before your time at EDA & BBCI?
Prior to my time with EDA & BBCI, I worked for CVS Pharmacy as a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician. For over 19 years I was one of the Regional Pharmacy Trainers. I lead inventory management, implemented technology roll outs, and lead their pilot program that partnered with Virtua Hospital. After my time with CVS, I was a comptroller for a construction company in Delaware.

What brought you to the construction industry?
The construction industry was always intriguing to me because of the various job scopes and opportunities it offers. I was excited to expand my knowledge and grow within the industry.

What was your reaction to seeing EDA’s emphasis on culture?
EDA’s emphasis on culture is amazing. It really makes one feel appreciated and able to be more appreciative of others. Feeling appreciated and knowing that you can make an impact in a positive light feeds the desire for you and your team to be successful together.

How is EDA's culture compared to that of your previous workplaces?
Culture within EDA and my previous company have similar core values. Although EDA takes their culture to the next level because we truly live and breathe by it.

What has been the best part about your experience working with EDA & BBCI?
The best part of my experience working with EDA & BBCI is the family like atmosphere while being a part of a fast-growing and successful team.

What is your favorite EDA value, and why?
Smile, Laugh and Enjoy Life because most of us spend more time at the office then we do at home. It’s like our home away from home. So it’s important to get the job done while enjoying the time you spend with fellow team members.
