EDA Contractors is proud to announce that it has been named a 2022 Top Workplaces honor by Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces for the fifth year in a row.

July 6, 2022 - EDA Contractors has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Only 178 companies received the honor this year and it is the fifth consecutive year that EDA has been named a Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplace. The award is the culmination of the results from over 130 EDA employees who participated in this year’s anonymous survey.
