Announcement: 2022 Top Workplaces NJ

June 19, 2022 - EDA Contractors has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by NJ Advance Media. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey and administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

This year EDA Contractors was one of only 88 companies to receive this honor. It is EDA’s first time receiving the NJ.com honor.
