Tim Welcher

Safety and Operational Excellence Director

Tim Welcher joined EDA in 2022 and manages the safety protocols and procedures for all operations and leads process improvement initiatives to promote a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization. Prior to joining EDA, Tim served in the U.S. Army's Special Forces for 20 years and has deployed to Afghanistan 5 times. After retiring from the Army, he worked as an Operations Manager for an Amazon Delivery Station.

Tim has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Post University and is currently working on a Master's Degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State.
