EDA’s team worked with the owner and designers to modify the waterproofing system and green roof design to allow for increased storm water retainage. This 8,660 sqft facility incorporated mineral wool and drainage layer with 3 inches of media depth and sedum carpet over hot fluid applied waterproofing.
