On September 13th, EDA led an Emotional Intelligence workshop at the AGC of America Leadership Development Conference. The conference brought together members of AGC Chapters’ Construction Leadership Councils emerging professionals to Philadelphia to learn leadership skills, discuss construction industry issues, and to network. The event hosted over 200 attendees from across the United States, showcasing their members' expertise, and demonstrating the strength of Philadelphia's commercial construction industry from the nation's founding to now and beyond.
