Being in the scaffold crew of only two can be very challenging at times, but also somewhat rewarding. Knowing that we can get the job done timely and efficiently while using minimal manpower makes you feel accomplished at the end of the day.

As an apprentice, take advantage of every opportunity to learn while you earn. Be teachable. Listen more than you speak, pay attention, and take the advice from the guys that have the experience.
I am a total "girl-dad”, and I am not ashamed to say that I attend the numerous in-house salon days that my daughter puts on. Nail polish, makeup, hair styling... I got VIP treatment!
I have learned to work smarter, not harder. You can get just as much done with less effort if you take some time to plan out your task and figure out the easiest, most efficient way to complete it.
It is important to take the time to breathe. Try to think with a clear mind. Always keep the next move, or step in mind, with a goal in sight. Don't be discouraged by issues or inconveniences, just work around them. If you maintain a positive perspective, there are no problems, only solutions.
