The positive environment that everyone produces every day. Learning from my superiors and just watching how well a team can work together to get a project completed.
I’d pay off all my family and close friends’ mortgages, take a month-long trip, and then invest.
By my coworkers. Everyone has insights on new things, current or upcoming, you just need to put your ear to the ground and listen.
I love live music. I try to go to concerts as much as I can in places I haven’t been to and see bands or performers I haven’t seen.
A positive attitude. Nothing gets you through your day like that. A loud radio helps too. lol.
Dogs. You never know what’s really going on inside a cat’s head.
This is a hard one because there really isn’t any one piece of advice that stands out because they all do. I’ve worked with so many people at EDA, especially superiors and fellow workers that have given me great advice along the way. I guess the best advice I’ve received was, “You’ve got to come work for EDA.”
I’m pretty much an open book.
Wear your PPE alllllll the time. Once you get into the habit it feels like you’re naked without it.
Patience. Once you get stressed or you’re doing something that’s not working out the way you want it to, it helps you to take a step back and take a deep breath. Collect yourself and try to attack it at a different angle, or just ask for an outside perspective. Also, be open to suggestions. Everyone at EDA wants to see each other succeed.
