After high school, I joined the air-force. I was in the 33rd Civil Engineers Masonry Squadron.
My Grandfather did construction and I helped him out from time to time. That’s what got me into construction.
I provide daily tasks, providing job information such as heights and wall length’s etc.
One thing that most don’t know about me is that I broke my neck in 2011 and became a video gamer while I was laid up.
If I wasn’t in construction, I would most likely be working with the United States Post Office. Both of my parents worked at the post office, and they always wanted me to work with them. So, that’s most likely where I would be if I wasn’t in construction.
If I could work in any other trade or department at EDA, I would try metal fabrication. It always seemed interesting to me.
The biggest challenge I’ve face in work is my color blindness. It is my biggest challenge and I deal with it daily.
My time with EDA has been wonderful. The environment here is like no other place I’ve worked before.
I always look to the company’s promise of being successful together. Every time we lift something as a group or move something out of the way with each other’s help, I’m sure to end it with “successful together” to remind the crew of that.
