This historical restoration project included multiple components that rebuilt and enhanced the character of the building as well as creating custom fabricated replication of decorative sheet metal.
The ridges and hips were capped with copper hip and ridge roll with decorative cresting
Two different style corbels, trefoils and custom trefoil vents
Rebuilt all cornices and gutters as well as the removal and replacement of the slate roof
Three different cornice styles and Raised panels and friezes
