Job Summary

As a Marketing Specialist at EDA, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive meaningful interactions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to create compelling campaigns that promote our products and services, reflect our brand ethos, and resonate with our audience.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify customers and their current and future needs, monitoring for competition.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM and PPC.
Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing strategies innovative and competitive.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience as a Marketing Specialist of similar role
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Demonstrable experience with HubSpot
Solid knowledge of website tools and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
